This error indicates a prompt is attached to a product in an order where the prompt code defined in Aspenware does not exist in RTP. for Prompt Prompts, the prompt value is the ‘Code’ and for Prompts entries, the prompt value is the Unity Key. These values must exist in RTP to prevent this error. |
