Validation of the Range Rule Failed! The value 13 is greater than 12!

This is an RTP age validation error. In this case, RTP has a max age of 12 but a 13 year old was assigned to the product in the order.

  1. If RTP is set up incorrectly, update the max age on the Product Header in RTP and resubmit the order. Recycle the Connect app pool if Connect is being used.

  2. If Aspenware is set up incorrectly, correct the setup for future orders and create the order manually in RTP or email Aspenware (support@aspenware.com) to update the age of the customer in the order so the order can be resubmitted.
