Fix

This error indicates the Aspenware voucher product header used to create a voucher payment transaction in RTP is not active or does not exist (or is not priced correctly). The Voucher product header code value is defined in the Unity rtp-config.json file (EVP in the full error above).

  1. Verify the VoucherProductHeaderCode exists in RTP and is setup to be priced at the Aspenware location. If the value is incorrect, the value will need to be updated in the Unity rtp-config.json file (email Aspenware to do this).

  2. Resubmit order once the setup issue is resolved.
