Typically caused by the wrong RTP product component code defined in the Aspenware Inventory Pools plugin. The error can also occur if RTP is setup with multiple Inventory Pool locations on the Inventory Pool but no Inventory Pool Location code is defined in the AW Inventory Pools plugin. |
