Full Error

Inventory Pool Location is not defined: InventoryPoolCode: XXX

Cause/Fix

Cause

Fix

Typically caused by the wrong RTP product component code defined in the Aspenware Inventory Pools plugin. The error can also occur if RTP is setup with multiple Inventory Pool locations on the Inventory Pool but no Inventory Pool Location code is defined in the AW Inventory Pools plugin.

  1. Review the SKU/Header in the order in RTP and compare the component(s) assigned to the component defined in the AW Inventory Pool plugin to verify it is accurate.

  2. Define an Inventory Pool Location code in the AW Inventory Pools plugin if RTP is setup with multiple Inventory Pool Locations in the Inventory Pool.

  3. Resubmit the order and email Aspenware support to research if needed.
