One or more errors occurred. A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

Typically a connection error where the order did not get submitted to the POS.

  1. Re-submit the order after verifying it is not already in RTP/SW.

  2. If order already exists in the POS, email Aspenware to set the status of the order to ‘success’ so it no longer shows in the failed order queue.
