Failed Order: ERR:Guest failed age limit check

This is a Siriusware error related to age verification. In the example above, a 5 year old was assigned in an order to an item that is setup in SW to have a minimum age of 19 and a maximum age of 65.

1. Remove or correct age restriction in from SW and restart the web sales host before resubmitting the order.

2. If SW is setup correctly, review Aspenware age rule setup on the product(s) and correct for future orders.

3. Manually create the order in SW and email Aspenware support to update the order to ‘success’ in the order queue. Apsenware can also change the contact’s age in the database if needed.
