Typically a connection error where the order did not get submitted to the POS. This error can also occur if RTP is not available when the order is submitted. This typically happens in RTPOneTest if the test db is not available or online.

  1. Re-submit the order after verifying it is not already in RTP/SW.

  2. If the same error occurs, verify RTPOne/RTPOneTest/Siriusware is working properly by logging into the POS.

  3. If order already exists in the POS, email Aspenware to set the status of the order to ‘success’ so it no longer shows in the failed order queue.
