Checking Inventory Pool Sync

Overview

Do you want to verify that your inventory pools are syncing properly and match inventory in the POS?

Steps

From chrome:

  1. Right click

  2. Click Inspect

  3. Click Network (tab near the top of the pop-up window)

Then on the PDP

  1. Click the attribute(s) you want to test on

  2. Click the calendar

  3. Cycle forward one month

  4. Cycle back to current month

(Note: If using Radio Button Dates - Click to the attribute(s) you want to test on since there is no calendar)

Back to inspector tool

  1. Click the bottom option with the text “productdetails_attributechanged”

  2. Click inventory

If it is not synced correctly it will show 1,000 and can cause overbookings

If it is synced correctly it will display true inventory values.
