Aspenware Resort Tools

Resort Tools Kiosk reduces time spent waiting in line for guests and time spent by resort staff checking guests in across your resort.

Resort Tools encompasses two products that can be used in one of two ways or in tandem for the optimal onsite guest experience. For example, a resort might email guests with upcoming orders to prompt them to complete missing information using Aspenware Arrival. These guests will then be able to go straight to their activity. For guests that show up on the day of their activity and are missing information, they can be directed to a kiosk to complete the required tasks. The two offerings are as follows:

  • Aspenware Arrival is designed for guests to prepare for their activities before they arrive. They can complete the required information on their own devices using the Arrival app site. The product can be customized based on a guest's upcoming orders. With email notifications, guests can be alerted about missing information and directed to complete it on the Aspenware Arrival site. This product can also be configured to guide guests through a process similar to a "kiosk in your pocket" that captures all necessary information for a location. To use this product, an Aspenware Arrival license is necessary.

  • Resort Tools - Kiosk is designed for guests to complete the required information at a resort kiosk. All guests at a particular location will be guided through the same process, which is optimized for that location. The product can operate without an internet connection if configured for offline use. Guests can use a fast-flow option with pre-filled information, but personalization based on guest data and order details is not available. If personalization is important, "Aspenware Arrival" may be a better option. To use Resort Tools - Kiosk, a Resort Tools or Aspenware Arrival license is required.
