Error that shows in RTP when opening the order:

Cause | Fix |
This is an RTP error that can occur when opening an order in Order Processing or through Order History in Customer Manager. It can also occur when attempting to drill down into the transaction in Transaction History in Customer Manager. The error occurs when there is an ampersand (&) in the Prompt Description in RTP admin and the prompt was added to an order (either in RTP directly or from an Aspenware order).
| The fix is to remove the ampersand (&) from the RTP Prompt Description field. The order and/or transaction can then be opened or viewed without the error occurring. |
