This is typically the result of a Voucher, Gift Card or Stored Value amount used as payment on the site but at the time the order processed, the Voucher, Gift Card or Stored Value account no longer has the required funds. This can happen if the order fails for another reason and the order isn't fixed/processed right away and the value is then used directly in RTP or on another Aspenware order. It’s also possible that multiple customers attempted to use the same Voucher, Gift Card or Stored Value amount at the same time on different orders. The value on these additional payments isn’t actually deducted until the order is processed into RTP.

  1. Depending on the issue, additional funds may need to be added to the Gift Card or Stored Value account in order to get the order processed into RTP.

  2. If it’s a Voucher payment, it’s likely the order will need to be manually entered into RTP since you can’t add value to a Voucher.

  3. It’s possible the resort will need to contact the customer to collect additional payment after manually creating the order in RTP.
