This error indicates Aspenware is not sending all the necessary private lesson prompt data to RTP. The data is either not getting sent due to a setup issue or the data is getting sent without all 4 required prompts. The required prompts are below and these must be linked to the ‘PromptGroup’, ‘PrivateLessonProfile’ in Prompts admin and the Product needs to be added to the Product Classification, Private Lesson Profile.

  1. Verify Prompts and Product Classification setup in Aspenware admin.

  2. Manually create order in RTP or email Aspenware (support@aspenware.com) to see if data can be fixed to resubmit order. Aspenware may be able to populate the ReservationPrompt table with data in order to get the order submitted.
