Smart Campaigns 3.0 Plugin
Overview
Aspenware Commerce now offers integration with a plugin, Smart Campaigns 3.0, which enables the ability to send abandoned cart emails. This plugin enables the user to:
Create multiple abandoned cart campaigns
Configure timing for each campaign
Configure email template design for each campaign
Create product-specific campaigns
Manually or automatically send abandon cart campaigns
View reports on outgoing abandoned cart email messages
Please see instructions below install to configure this new plugin and create your first abandoned cart email campaign.
NOTE: Smart Campaigns (developed by Foxnetsoft) replaces the Nop4U Marketing Automation plugin integration, previously used for Abandon Cart emails.
NOTE: Abandon Cart Emails triggered by Smart Campaigns show $0 for dynamically priced products because the Smart Campaign plugin powering these does not have access to dynamic pricing data and cannot be easily modified.
