Consent Management
Overview
This feature enables resort customers to create two types of consent requirements: Terms & Conditions (Checkout) and Age Range. Both consent types ensure that guests cannot complete their checkout without selecting a checkbox to agree to the terms provided by the resort.
The feature can be customized to apply either to all guests or only to guests within specific age ranges. Note that this feature does not store any customer data related to consent.
IMPORTANT: At this time, consent acceptance is not stored in a database. Customers should take note that while a guest cannot advance through checkout without selecting the consent checkbox, there is no database storage of guest data relating to this action (e.g. customer name, date, time stamp).

Consent Type - Terms & Conditions (Checkout)
When the consent type selected is Terms and Conditions (Checkout), the consent is applied at the global level (no age range is defined), all customers are required to check the consent box on the confirmation page.
Consent Type - Age Range
This consent type applies to customers whose age at the time of purchase is within the max and min age range as defined in consent configuration. When the consent type of age range is selected, the consent checkbox will display on group member creation cards (in My Account, on the PDP, or on the Assignment step of checkout).
If the member is already created but assigned to a product on the PDP or in checkout, the consent box will show on the confirmation page.

To create a consent go to Admin > Consent Configurations
To add a new consent select Add Consent Configuration from the top right hand corner
Complete for following fields:
Name: Descriptive name of the consent type that you are creating.
Type: Select “Terms and Conditions” or “Age Range” as appropriate.
Consent Message: Enter the informative message that you wish to display to the user.
Display Order: Enter order you’d like the consent configurations to display, if you have multiple consent configuration.
Active: Check the box if you’d like the consent configuration to be active on your shop.
Click Save.
