Aspenware partners with BeyondTrust (Privileged Remote Access Powered by Bomgar) to secure and standardize our connections to resort environments. BeyondTrust is a leader in Privileged Access Management, offering a seamless approach to preventing data breaches related to stolen credentials, misused privileges, and compromised remote access. BeyondTrust offers the capability to record sessions, have session approval flows and simple “jump box” installations, as well as other features.

Setup Guide

To access Aspenware’s Beyond Trust remote session history for your resort, follow the steps below:

  1. Open BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access Login.

  2. Login in with your account info + 2FA.

  3. Click on Reports.

  4. Check the box ‘Find all sessions started from Jump Items belonging to a certain Jump Group.’
