Common Troubleshooting: Loyalty

Q: On the Loyalty display, I am seeing the word ‘points” instead of the number of points available. What’s wrong?

A: The aspenware.loyalty.redemption.rewards.text language string needs to be updated in Configuration > Settings > Languages > English > Edit. The default for this string is ‘You have {points} points'. The 'P' within the brackets needs to be capitalized. So, it should look be 'You have {Points} points’.
