Loyalty Program

RTP|One offers a fulfillment system for accruing and using reward balances based on past transactions. Resorts that leverage this module and that are licensed for Aspenware’s External Unity API Manager are able to extend this loyalty functionality for their online store to enable guests enrolled in a loyalty program to view and use accrued points.

Feature Description

Aspenware Commerce’s Loyalty plugin allows customers to pay for online purchases with points they have earned through prior purchases. The plugin addresses signing up for a loyalty program, viewing available point balances, and paying for online orders with points quickly and easily.

The components of this plugin include:

  • A floating action button (FAB) can be displayed in the client store to show loyalty point information or promote membership in the program.

  • An information tab available under “My Account” displays membership status and current point balance. The point balance only accounts for the logged-in user and not other members of the household.

  • A customizable enrollment flow in Identity that adds the ability to enroll in the loyalty program during account creation, as well as create an account and connect it to an existing membership.

  • A field in checkout allows guests to pay for their transactions with points, or a combination of discount codes, gift cards, vouchers, credit card, and points.
