Boyne Resorts is putting Aspenware Commerce’s Loyalty feature in place to manage the rewards points for thousands of their guests with active rewards accounts. The Loyalty feature streamlines the enrollment process, transitioning it from a manual process into an easy online experience for their guests. Boyne Resorts can join the rewards program instantly and immediately begin accruing loyalty points through any purchases made at their resorts. Through Aspenware Commerce, guests can check their points balance and make decisions on how to apply them.
Boyne Resorts guests may redeem points through the eCommerce site as well. Points can be applied to any order totaling over $50 and guests may determine how many points they’d like to apply to the order by manually entering the amount or by selecting “Use Max Points.” Guests may combine points redemption with any number of combinations of payment types including vouchers, gift cards, and credit card payments.
