Overview: Private Lesson Prompts

Feature Detail - Private Lesson Prompts

Private Lesson Profile prompts can be added to Aspenware Commerce’s checkout Personalization step and are saved in RTP’s Order Line Item > Product Details Screen > Private Lesson tab (see first screenshot below). The RTP fields that can be populated on this screen include the following.

  • Lesson Date (populated from date selected on PDP)

  • Start Time (populated from attribute selected on PDP)

  • Total Students (populated through a Private Lesson prompt in checkout)

  • Textbox

    • Comments (populated through a Private Lesson prompt in checkout)

    • Instructor Comments (populated through a Private Lesson prompt in checkout)

    • Ability Level * (populated through a Private Lesson prompt in checkout)

    • Phone (populated through a Private Lesson prompt in checkout)

NOTE:

  1. There is a 255 character limit (including spaces) in RTP|One per field. Currently, this character limit is not enforced in Aspenware Commerce, so any text exceeding 255 characters will not save to RTP|One.

  2. ‘Lesson Date’ and ‘Start Time’ are populated from selections on the product detail page. Only the fields noted above and pictured below will save to the Private Lesson area in RTP|One through a Private Lesson Prompt. If there is additional information you wish to collect from a guest, a custom prompt can be created, see Configuration: Simple Products setup instructions if that is desired.
