Payment Plans

  • We have added Aspenware Proprietary Payment Plan functionality for the FreedomPay payment gateway. Existing resorts using FreedomPay can now leverage Aspenware Proprietary Payment Plans (including future payments) by following the Customer Hub documentation for Aspenware Proprietary Payment Plans. If you have any additional questions about this functionality, please contact your Aspenware Service Agent (support@aspenware.com).

  • An improvement was made to the payment plan processor for all payment plans that fixed an issue where future payments were getting stuck in processing and prevents the function from going into hibernation mode unexpectedly.
