Common Troubleshooting: Advanced Dynamic Pricing Calendar

Q: We’re using Dynamic Pricing Levels for our Advanced Calendar. Why do the dates turn green after they’ve just been red?

A: When using Pricing Levels for the inventory thresholds for the calendar, the background color of each calendar date will adjust with each level. So, if the first level gets low and is red (or whatever color you’ve set for that threshold setting), once it is sold out, it moves to the next pricing level. That new level will have inventory numbers over the threshold and, as such, will make the background green (or whatever color you’ve set for that threshold setting) for that date.

Q: The Advanded Calendar is not showing the color coding based on inventory thresholds that are set, but inventory is syncing. What’s wrong?

A: The problem may be with the date attribute on the product. Check to make sure that the date attribute is named “Start Date” (exactly) as this is what is expected in the code.
