Set up dynamic pricing on products to be dynamically priced.
Determine inventory threshold amounts for POS inventory threshold and, if using Dynamic Pricing Levels, determine amounts for level threshold. (See Note)
Ensure that date attribute for the product is named “Start Date” as this is expected by the code. If the date attribute is named differently, inventory color coding will not display correctly.
Note: Calendar Templates can be used to define more specific inventory urgency thresholds for specific product(s) rather than using the store-wide thresholdsConfiguration: Calendar Templates

Detailed Setup Guide
1. Enable and Configure Advanced Pricing Calendar
Go to Aspenware Commerce > Aspenware Styling to access the Pricing Calendar screen.
Enable the Enable Advanced Calendar toggle to enable the Advanced Dynamic Pricing Calendar.
By default, the Use POS Inventory toggle will use the POS inventory pools to determine inventory count and threshold to determine the daily calendar background color. If Use POS Inventory is toggled to the left, it will use pricing count inventory set in dynamic pricing to determine the daily calendar background color. When a pricing level sells out, the background color will change from under threshold background color to over threshold background color.
IMPORTANT: For customers using the Cloud UI Pricing Calendar, it is required that Use POS Inventory is set to True.
Threshold Settings enables you to change threshold settings easily (rather than going through the All Settings window in admin as detailed below).
Pricing Count Message Threshold is the threshold for the Dynamic Pricing Levels.

Expand the Legend Settings section and fill out the appropriate fields: (This is not used in the Cloud UI Pricing Calendar)
Legend Title Text: This is defaulted to “Ticket Availability” but can be customized.
Legend Background Color: This is defaulted to gray, but can be customized to any HEX color code desired.
Legend Title Color: This is the color of the legend title text defined above. Enter any desired HEX color code, it’s defaulted to a dark gray.
Expand the Sold Out Inventory Settings section and fill in the fields:
Sold Out Status Text: This is the text that appears on the corresponding tile in the legend. It defaults to “Sold Out” but can be customized as needed. (This is used by Cloud UI Pricing Calendar and PDP if a product has inventory in the legend)
Sold Out Text: This is the text that appears on the calendar box when this color is triggered. It defaults to “Not Available,” but can be customized.
Background Color: This is the color of the corresponding tile on the legend. Enter the appropriate HEX color code, it defaults to red.
Text Color: This is the color of the text on the corresponding legend tile. Enter any desired HEX color code, it defaults to white.
Date Background Color: This is the color of the date on the calendar when this threshold is hit. Enter any desired HEX color code, it defaults to red.
Date Text Color: This is the color of the text on the corresponding calendar date box. Enter any desired HEX color code, it defaults to white.
Expand the Under Threshold Settings section and fill in the fields:
Under Threshold Status Text: This is the text that appears on the corresponding tile in the legend. It defaults to “Low” but can be customized as needed.
Background Color: This is the color of the corresponding tile on the legend. Enter the appropriate HEX color code, it defaults to yellow. (This is used in Cloud UI Pricing Calendar and PDP to set scarcity color)
Text Color: This is the color of the text on the corresponding legend tile. Enter any desired HEX color code, it defaults to white.
Date Background Color: This is the color of the date on the calendar when this threshold is hit. Enter any desired HEX color code, it defaults to yellow.
Date Text Color: This is the color of the text on the corresponding calendar date box. Enter any HEX color code, it defaults to white.
Expand the Over Threshold Settings section and fill in the fields:
Under Threshold Status Text: This is the text that appears on the corresponding tile in the legend. It defaults to “Plenty” but can be customized as needed.
Background Color: This is the color of the corresponding tile on the legend. Enter the appropriate HEX color code, it defaults to green.
Text Color: This is the color of the text on the corresponding legend tile. Enter any desired HEX Color code, it defaults to white.
Date Background Color: This is the color of the date on the calendar when this threshold is hit. Enter any desired HEX color code, it defaults to green.
Date Text Color: This is the color of the text on the corresponding calendar date box. Enter the desired HEX color code, it defaults to white.
