  • If a product is set up in the POS to require profiles or information that are not configured to be collected in Aspenware Commerce, the line item may not successfully finalize/autofulfill.

2. Commerce Tasks

  • Confirm that the Aspenware Commerce products that will be set up to be autofulfilled/finalized are fully configured.

Detailed Setup Guide

1. Assign Products to Autofulfill/Finalize Sale

  • Go to Aspenware Commerce >Autofulfill and choose the desired Product from the dropdown. Products are listed in alphabetical order.

    • If autofulfill/finalize rules apply at the product attribute combination level, check the attribute values for the appropriate combination, but do not select more than one attribute value at once for a single attribute.

    • If multiple combinations require autofulfill, repeat for each combination.

HINT: Autofulfill/Finalize sale is almost always configured at the product level. When configuring at the product level, leave all attribute boxes unchecked.

  • Check the Autofulfill checkbox.

  • Click Add
