Autofulfill

The term in RTP|ONE to refer a sale that does not require additional action to be fulfilled. Products that are finalized will display in an order within One|Resort as “posted.” Line items that are reload items must be autofulfilled to enable the guest to go direct to lift with their media.

Finalize Sale

The term in Siriusware to refer a sale that does not require additional action to be fulfilled. Products that are finalized will not be in a saved sale state. Typically, items that are reloaded must be sent in a finalized sale state to enable the guest to go direct to lift with their WTP media.

Feature Description

Products can be set up to finalize sale or autofulfill at the product or product attribute level. Reload products and products that are able to be picked up at a pickup box are typically set to finalize/autofulfill. Often, access (lift and pass) products are set up to be finalized/autofulfilled, whereas rental products are not usually configured this way.
