Jackson has reported record low issues with customer log-in since switching to identity for login despite having a record high season with online traffic and orders.

  • Multi-Store Custom Identity Branding and Languages for Boyne Resorts - Boyne Resorts has a single identity server for all of its various resort sites. Identity is utilized by both Arrival and Commerce across resorts. Depending on which store or Arrival site a guest is coming from the branding and messaging is unique to the routing site. Boyne reported record site performance with authenticating users since switching to Identity, which has intern improved their conversion rates.
