This section is purposed for use after an administrator is familiar with configuring this feature as an “audit” checklist. 1. Add Product-Triggered QR Code to the Confirmation Page (Optional)
In Aspenware Commerce Administration, go to Catalog > Products.
Search for the product that, when purchased, you would like to trigger a QR code to display on the confirmation page.
Scroll to the Additional Product Settings module.
Check Show QR code on confirmation page checkbox.
Click SAVE ALL SETTINGS.
NOTE: You must click SAVE ALL SETTINGS at the bottom of the module, as the save buttons at the top of the page will not save your choice.
2. Add Product-Triggered QR Code to Confirmation Email (Optional)
In Aspenware Commerce Administration, go to Catalog > Products.
Search for the product that, when purchased, you would like to trigger a QR code to display on the confirmation page.
Scroll to the Additional Product Settings module.
Check Show QR code on confirmation email checkbox.
Click SAVE ALL SETTINGS.
NOTE: You must set up the product-triggered QR code token in the email message template for the QR code to appear as desired in the confirmation email. See the next step.
3. Add QR Code Token to Confirmation Email Template (Simple or Advanced Method)
In order to have the product-triggered QR code appear on the order, you will need to add the QR code token to the order confirmation email template. There are two options available:
