Arrival Waiver Task
In addition to adding new settings under general, the waiver task tab must be set up for 1Risk. This can be located in the Admin area of Arrival.
Arrival Custom Comment Tokens
Arrival custom comment tokens allow customer-specific information to be transferred to the custom comment section of the authorization profile.
Feature Description
Similar to 1Risk waivers presented in the Aspenware Commerce checkout flow, in Arrival the 1Risk waiver is presented as an iframe through which the user interacts directly with the 1Risk waiver. 1Risk waivers are stored in great detail within the 1Risk platform while an authorization profile is created for the signing guest in RTP|One. Aspenware Arrival also offers tokens to store the signer’s name, date, time, and browser version.
When a waiver task is assigned that includes a 1Risk waiver, the customer can sign their waiver (and their family’s waivers) through the 1Risk iframe UI. Aspenware will then update the authorization profile in RTP|One, including comments.
