Checking Unity and Store SSLs

Overview

To check the expiration date on either your Shop or Unity SSL, follow the instructions below.

Solutions

1. Navigate to your resort's Aspenware Commerce homepage.

   1. If using Chrome:

      1. Click the lock icon in the URL bar.

      2. Click the Certificate tab from the dropdown.
         
         

         Open

         

   2. If using Firefox:

      1. Click the lock icon in the URL bar.

      2. Click the Connection Secure tab from the dropdown.

      3. Click the More Information tab.
         
         

         Open

         

2. To find your Unity SSL expiration date:

   1. Navigate to your resort's Aspenware Commerce homepage.

      1. Replace everything after “.com” with “/api/system/info” and hit enter.

      2. Find the Unity URL from the text block and copy and paste it into the URL bar.

         1. NOTE: This will usually be something like “https://onlinestore.xxxxxxx.com/unityprod/index.html” or “https://xxunity.xxxxxx.io/”
            
            

   2. If using Chrome:

      1. Click the lock icon in the URL bar.

      2. Click the Certificate tab from the dropdown.

   3. If using Firefox:

      1. Click the lock icon in the URL bar.

      2. Click the Connection Secure tab from the dropdown.

      3. Click the More Information tab.
