Common Troubleshooting: Pass Checker

Q: Night tickets do not show as valid when checked through Pass Checker.

A: Night and Day tickets can only be supported concurrently if they have overlapping times. Pass Checker is a tool that can confirm a ticket’s validity on a specific date, and/or at a specific lift (or collection of lifts). It cannot validate for a specific time of day. When a customer submits their RFID# or Pass #, along with a date and a location, the system validates the scan against a default time of day, by default set to 11:30AM MT. If the ticket being scanned does not have validity at that time, it will return a NOT VALID response.
