Q: The updates I made in admin are not showing in the app.

A: The most common resolutions for this are to:

  1. Use the save button located at the TOP of the page (on occasion the bottom save button does not save changes)

  2. Refer to the configuration document Configuration: Resort Tools - Kiosk Resort T Resort to ensure you have input the value in the correct format

  3. Recycle the app pool
