Q: What version of Aspenware Commerce do I need to be on in order to have access to Order History?

A: Order History is available in version 2.18 or later.

Q: How far back can a guest see previous orders?

A: Orders go back as far as a customer has order data in Aspenware Commerce. Orders that were placed directly into the POS system (not through Aspenware Commerce) will not be displayed in Order History.

Q: Can I see shipping information?

A: No, Order History does not include the shipping address.

Q: Can I hide/show certain attributes from Order History?

A: No, only default attributes are shown in Order History details and cannot be modified.
