This error indicates Aspenware is sending inventory pool info to RTP but the SKU/header from the order is not setup with an Inventory Pool in RTP admin. It’s possible Aspenware is setup with the wrong SKU/Product Header Code.

  1. Review setup on the product to ensure the correct SKU/Product Header Code is defined in Aspenware. Correct setup for future orders.

  2. Manually create order in RTP or email Aspenware to update the SKU associated with the order in the Aspenware database to have order reprocessed.
