Checking Unity and Store SSLs

Overview

If you need to check the expiration date on on either your Shop or Unity SSLs, you can do so by following this method.

Solutions

1. To find your Shop SSL’s expiration date, navigate to your resorts Aspenware Commerce homepage.

   1. If using Chrome

      1. Click the lock icon in the URL bar

      2. Click the Certificate tab from the dropdown
         

         

   2. If using Firefox

      1. Click the lock icon in the URL bar

      2. Click the “Connection Secure” tab from the dropdown

      3. Click the “More Information” Tab
         

         

2. To find your Unity SSL expiration

   1. To find your Shop SSL’s expiration date, navigate to your resorts Aspenware Commerce homepage.

      1. Replace everything after “.com” with “/api/system/info and hit enter

      2. Find the Unity URL from the text block and copy and paste it into the URL bar

         1. This will usually be something like “https://onlinestore.xxxxxxx.com/unityprod/index.html” or “https://xxunity.xxxxxx.io/”
            

            

   2. If using Chrome

      1. Click the lock icon in the URL bar

      2. Click the Certificate tab from the dropdown

   3. If using Firefox

      1. Click the lock icon in the URL bar

      2. Click the “Connection Secure” tab from the dropdown

      3. Click the “More Information” Tab
