Q: Why aren’t my age-range rules aren’t working as expected?
A: Most common resolutions are:
You do not have the correct age rules set up on the product in the POS. The stored procedure for Fast Flow validates age based on the Guest’s age in RTP|One and the age rule on the product.
If you are enabling logged-in users to allow “Group Member” assignment on the PDP, you do not have the correct age rules set up in Aspenware Commerce. Assignment by selecting a logged-in user’s group members is not based on the stored procedure or age rules in the POS, it is only based on the rules set up in Aspenware Commerce.
