Guests can complete specific prompts during checkout that will save child registration information. This provides organized safety and contact information to ski schools about students and their parents.

Key Terms
Child Registration Profile
A set of prompts collected, typically for lesson participants, to capture and store necessary child information in the POS, including primary and secondary emergency contacts, allergy information, medications, and other conditions.

Child Registration prompts can be added to Aspenware Commerce’s checkout Personalization step and are saved in the POS.
The fields that can be populated on this screen are:
Primary Emergency Contact
Secondary Emergency Contact
Special Conditions
Drug Allergies
Medications
Food Allergies
Other Conditions
In RTP|One, this information is stored in the Child Registration Profile on the customer profile in Customer Manager.
In Siriusware, this information is stored in the Special Request field on the Prog Info tab of the guest record.
