Q: My blackout window is set to 1, but I'm able to book up until midnight the day before, is the cutoff working?
A: something about the store wide setting as option a. option b is to set a cutoff time and days settingCutoff window on non date based product. Not supported talk to your aspenware rep about using The cutoff time will default to that time that is set for your store-wide cutoff setting (set in seasonsettings.productcutofftime). So, if seasonsettings.productcutofftime is set to midnight and your blackout window is set to 1, then the product will available until midnight the day before the arrival date. If you’d like to change that time, there are two options:

Option B: You can overwrite the store-wide cutoff time by following the detailed instructions to overwrite it in the Configuration Guide for Blackout Windows.
