This error indicates Aspenware is sending inventory pool info to RTP but the SKU/header from the order is not setup set up with an Inventory Pool in RTP admin. It’s possible Aspenware is setup set up with the wrong SKU/Product Header Code.

  1. Review setup on the product to ensure the correct SKU/Product Header Code is defined in Aspenware. Correct the setup for future orders.

  2. Manually create order in RTP or email Aspenware (support@aspenware.com) to update the SKU associated with the order in the Aspenware database to have order reprocessed.
