A: The most common resolutions for this are to:
Use the save button located at the TOP of the page (on occasion the bottom save button does not save changes)
Refer to the configuration document Configuration: Self-RegistrationResort Tools - Kiosk Resort T Resort to ensure you have input the value in the correct format
Recycle the app pool
