Common Troubleshooting: SheerID
Q: I have SheerID enabled and added to a product, but I don’t see any verification links in the personalization step.
A: SheerID links need to be configured in Configuration > Languages > English > String Resources. Below are the SheerID language strings that need to be updated with SheerID verification links.

Q: The SheerID classification is setup, but not behaving as expected.
A: Most common resolutions are:
Ensure the appropriate SheerID classification is applied to the product (i.e. Military vs College).
If applying SheerID to a specific attribute or add-on, ensure the SheerID classification is applied to the attribute or add-on rather than the whole product.
Q: Is the setup for SheerID similar to the setup for prompts/validated prompts?
A: No. All SheerID configuration setup takes place in Configuration > Languages >English > String Resources and Aspenware Commerce > Product Classifications. SheerID is not configured in Product Prompts or Prompts tabs.
