Q: My related products are not showing on the PDP?
A: Make sure the Related Products plugin is installed.
Q: My product card is not showing a price, what do I do?
A: As with the product cart in product categories, prices are set at the product level. If the product price is set to $0.00 (and pricing applies via attribute combinations instead), then no price will be shown on the product card.
Q: The Related Product product card is enlarged and looks strange.
A: Long product titles may enlarge related products card to fit titles. Aspenware recommends keeping product titles to a few words.
Q: What if I want to relate more products than fit on one line on a regular desktop display?
A: If more products are entered than can be displayed in one row, products will be separated into as many rows as is necessary to display all related products. For this reason, you may not want to set more than 4 related products to prevent excessive scrolling on mobile.
