About System Optimization

Aspenware Professional Service’s Optimization Package provides an outside perspective on your resort’s product setup to optimize configuration. By taking a critical look and rethinking customized elements, Aspenware resort partners are aligning with industry best practices to increase ROI on their integrated systems. This process helps teams to reduce maintenance costs and allows for easier upgrades and adoption of new features, enhanced standardizations across departments, as well as a curated user experience.

The Optimization project is broken into three phases; assessment, implementation, and sustainability. The goal of the project is not just to identify opportunities for improvement in the current configuration, but also to establish processes to ensure long-term success. Through this process, Aspenware will provide guidance to create product standardization recommendations that can be rolled out across all resort departments.

As each resort’s operations are unique, each optimization package can be tailored to suit your resort's individual needs. Basic packages include a site assessment, in which a detailed report is delivered to organizational leadership outlining opportunities to improve site performance and the guest experience. From there, you may elect to continue working with Aspenware to implement these recommendations and develop a long-term strategy for maintenance.

Creating the best user experience is at the heart of the services Aspenware offers. Optimization is no different. With this process, Aspenware partakes in an in-depth review of your store, searching for opportunities to improve the current setup and/or align with best practices. Product setup is reviewed, and site performance is evaluated. Through the project, trouble areas are identified, a plan is created to address any issues, and changes will be implemented. Finally, if desired, Aspenware will help train the resort on how to maintain a process going forward.

Assessment

Aspenware provides another perspective and outside set of eyes to review resort system configuration. Aspenware will use their experience as ecommerce experts to create an implementation plan with timelines and operational considerations to be delivered to resort leadership for review.

Implementation (Optional)

Once the assessment phase is complete, our team will partner with your leadership to prioritize suggestions based on ease of implementation and return on investment. Our experienced team can assist with heavy lifting such as feature adoption, training, and build.

Sustainability (Optional)

While the previous two phases help resorts return to recommended configuration, we also understand the importance of developing processes to stay aligned in the future. During the Sustainability phase, Aspenware can assist with the creation of standardization recommendations for department stakeholders, advise on governance procedures, and help develop a strategy for future upgrades.
