Aspenware Version Deprecations

Aspenware is committed to providing seamless support for our platform, ensuring resorts have the best experience possible. We actively support the two most recent platform releases* at any given time.

This approach helps resorts stay current with the latest enhancements while maintaining a smooth transition between updates.

Support

Once a platform version reaches deprecation, Aspenware will no longer provide:

• Hotfixes for that version

• Security patches or updates

• Development team investigations or triaging

If a resort identifies a bug on an unsupported version, they will need to upgrade to a supported version before further investigation can take place. To ensure continued support and access to the latest improvements, we recommend staying up to date with the most recent releases. Our team is here to assist with the transition!
