Enhanced Customer Profile Experience

We’ve improved the Create/Update Customer Profile page to enhance the user experience and ensure only necessary information is collected. These updates apply to both the sign-up and sign-in flows and focus on capturing any information missing in RTP.

Sign-Up Flow Enhancements

When a new user signs up, they will see a familiar form displaying all missing fields, including:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Date of Birth (DOB)

• Zip Code

• Phone Number

• Consent Preferences

To guide users through the process more effectively, we’ve added a new language string with clear and instructive messaging:

• New Language String: accounts.userprofile.formtitle.newuser

• Default Copy: “Almost there! Finish setting up your account.”

This ensures users understand the importance of providing complete details before creating their account.

Sign In Flow Enhancements

For existing users signing in, we’ve streamlined the process to prompt only for the missing required information. For example:

• If a user’s profile includes their name, DOB, and zip code but is missing their phone number, they will only be asked to provide the phone number before completing the sign-in.

To support this flow, we’ve added another language string with user-friendly messaging:

• New Language String: accounts.userprofile.formtitle.existinguser

• Default Copy: “Can you help us with a few required details?”

These improvements simplify the experience by minimizing the effort required for users to update their profiles while ensuring all critical information is captured.
