When an order fails to send successfully to RTP but completes successfully in the store, an order failure email is sent to notify an email list that an order failure occurred so that further investigation can be done. 

  1. From Aspenware Commerce Plugins>Order Queue>Settings 

  2. From here, add email addresses that should receive order failure emails in a comma-separated list to the field To Email Addresses (comma-separated list)

    1.  If enabled, an email will be sent to the designated recipient using the OrderQueue.OrderFailureEmail message template.

    2. * Note:  A total of 3 email addresses can be setup to receive order failure emails, if more than 3 people are required to receive these emails, please set up an email distribution list, so multiple people can get an email from a single
