New Features

BLE Activation Page

Only available for resort customers who have activated BLE. Details coming soon.

Resolved Issues

  • The Export that is generated by Arrival and used by CRM systems to prompt customers that they have a pre-arrival task to complete in Arrival went through deep-dive analysis and testing due to several reports of exported customers not aligning 100% with expectations of who should be contacted. The result of the export revisions ensures:

    • That only open order lines return in the export, and canceled items are omitted.

    • Ensures sale location codes defined in Arrival administration are used to filter results.

    • Ensures customers needing waivers relies fully on authentication type codes defined for the Location in Arrival Admin.

    • For a full explanation of the export logic, see Arrival 1.5 Release Guide - Export Logic

Known Issues

  • * On the Pass Checker Page, the "Help with Scanning" Text links guests nowhere. (REALLY HOPING WE CAN ADDRESS IN 1.5) (will require documentation update to indicate where this help text/link is defined)

  • * When accessing QR codes for printing at the PUB, the "Save to phone" Button is not working (REALLY HOPING WE CAN ADDRESS IN 1.5)

  • Removing values for settings in Arrival Admin is not removing the setting value. Settings can be changed but not removed. If you would like to remove a setting, contact your Aspenware representative to have this completed in the database.
