Thredbo Zip Code Capture during COVID - In Australia during the 2020 and 2021 seasons, the government regulations would restrict travel for certain regions depending on outbreak levels. The Thredbo resort team needed a way to easily locate and contact guests who had made a booking for an upcoming date within a restricted region. By collecting zip code for all orders that didn’t already have one on file, they were able to reach out to only relevant guests to process refunds due to restrictions.
