Google Analytics can be a powerful tool to track several key performance indicators. The data provided by these KPIs can help drive many marketing, product development, and sales process decisions within your organization. Though there are many valuable indicators that can be tracked, our customers have found the following KPIs to be informative:

  • Conversion rate

  • Average order value

  • Mobile device usage

  • Drop rate at each stage of the checkout process
