Q: I am attempting to set up delivery and see the field “RTP Code” on the Add Shipping Location screen. What code is supposed to go in this field?

A: The “RTP Code” must be retrieved from RTP|One. It can be found in Delivery Method Administration. The delivery method must first be set up in RTP|One and, once it’s set up, it will be assigned a code.
