Overview

Do you need to pause Arrival emails from sending to guests? If you utilize AWA’s (Aspenware Arrival) API to automatically send emails from your CRM, you can disable this with two different methods.

Solutions

  1. Disable emails from sending in your CRM system. Or update the API parameters that the CRM is calling on. AWA provides APIs that your CRM can call and filter results so only specific guests are communicated to.

  2. If absolutely necessary you can delete the API key in AWA (Aspenware Arrival). This will break the connection to Inntopia and prevent Inntopia from obtaining future data from AWA. It would also require reconfiguration in the CRM to allow the CRM to sync again.
