A: Check Aspenware Commerce > Ikon Friends and Family > Ikon Entitlement API Configuration to ensure the Entitlement Type Id for Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Pass, Ikon Base Plus Pass, etc. are all up to date for the current/upcoming season. (Values to be verified/supplied by Alterra team).

If the above is correct, it is possible that Alterra has not authorized a callback URL. This is most commonly identified when the login flow works until the Alterra site redirects and you run into a blank page.
If this is the case, please reach out to Alterra with the accurate callback URL to whitelist (https://shop.yourresort.com/ikon-friends-and-family/login-callback)
